Abstract: The rocker arm lifting hydraulic system of shearer is analyzed. The simulation model is built through the software. The performance of rocker arm lifting circuit is studied by simulation, and the results show that the simulation model is reliable. The influence of the counterbalance valve on the pressure loss is analyzed.The results show that the reasonable selection of the counterbalance cartridge valve and its matching with the system can reduce the pressure loss of the system. The hydraulic system of the shearer rocker arm lifting can be further improved.
